Nell’agosto 2015, Hussein Rassim è arrivato a Bruxelles. Ha viaggiato per migliaia di chilometri dall’Iraq. Un anno dopo il suo arrivo, Hussein ottiene la carta di soggiorno e decide di tornare in Grecia. Da Bruxelles ad Atene questo road movie ci porta lungo il sentiero migratorio di  Rassim Hussein e di migliaia di altri migranti. Durante gli incontri e le nazioni percorse, la storia di Hussein prende forma, le persone dimenticate raccontano, e emerge la fortezza Europa

In August 2015, Hussein Rassim arrived in Brussels. He has travelled thousands of miles from Iraq. One year after his arrival, Hussein obtained his residence card and decided to go back to Greece. From Brussels to Athens this road movie takes us along the migratory path of Hussein and of thousands of other migrants. Throughout the encounters and the countries travelled, the story of Hussein takes shape, the forgotten people speak and Fortress Europe emerges.

Dimitri Petrovic e Maxime Jennes, sono registi e videografi belgi. Entrambi appartengono al collettivo multidisciplinare “Les meutes”. Insieme hanno lavorato a molti progetti come cortometraggi e videoclip. Dimitri ha anche diretto “Gesu Squat” nel 2013.
